Land law refers to the set of legal rules governing property, use, and management of land. It defines the rights and obligations of individuals, businesses.

OHADA Law

OHADA law (Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa) is a set of legal rules aimed at harmonizing and modernizing business law in 17 African.

CEMAC Law

CEMAC law refers to the set of legal rules governing the economic and monetary relations between the member states of the Central African Economic.

Labor Law

Labor law is the set of rules that govern the relationships between employers and workers. It regulates working conditions, rights and obligations .

GAS and OIL Law

Gas and oil law governs the exploration, extraction, and marketing of hydrocarbons (gas and oil). In Cameroon, it is regulated by several laws.

Corporate Law: We represent shareholders, buyers, or sellers in arbitrations relating to corporate acquisitions or equity transactions.


Commercial Transactions: We represent clients in arbitrations involving sales contracts, service agreements, and the termination of commercial relationships.

 

Enforcement and Annulment of Arbitral Awards: We act in proceedings for the annulment, recognition, or enforcement of arbitral awards before
Cameroonian and regional courts (OHADA, CEMAC).

Banking & finance

Banking and Financial Litigation: We handle disputes involving financial institutions, whether before banking and financial supervisory authorities (COBAC, BEAC, MINFI), civil and criminal courts, or arbitral tribunals.


Regulatory Compliance: We assist clients in complying with CEMAC and COBAC regulations (foreign exchange, prudential standards, licensing, anti-money laundering procedures, etc.).

Merger control

We assist companies in notifying transactions to competition authorities.

We support our clients both in Cameroon and at the regional level. We guide them through all stages of the notification procedure: informal contacts with the authorities, pre-notification, formal notification, review, and follow-up.
